Section 1-The President
There are many restrictions to be eligible to run for the President of the United States. The rules inclue the following:
*NO senator nor representative may be appointed as an elector.
*The president is really elected by the electoral college.
*Depending on the amount of House of Representatives and the two senate, says how many people go to the electoral college to vote for the president.
  • Citizen of the United States, and the Natural Born citizen can be eligible for being president.
*You have to be older than thirty five, and have had to live in the United States for at least 14 years.
*In case the President has to step down from office or has died of any reason, the Vice president takes on the responsibilities and follows the same restrictions
*Before the President takes into office, he has to swear on an Oath.
Being the President of the United States takes a very skilled person to fulfill the job, however the electors have worked an incredible amount to be where they are today.

Section 2

The President is the Commander and Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and he is also commander of the Militia of the several States. He can pardon (To postpone or cancel the punishment) but he can not pass impeachment. (The president being kicked out of offices.)
The president can appoint a new person to replace a man/woman if they have passed away, or if they are gone. But the Supreme Court has to ok and check the back round information on who this person is. Then they let them became part of the Supreme Court.

Another job of the president is to replace any vacancies while the Recess of the senate, which will be let go when the person gets back

Section 3
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States

Section 4-Disqualafacation
The President and the Vice president can get charged and go to court. If they are found guilty then they will lose their power of Presidency. This includes the civil officers of this country. This will only happen if they commit crimes, bribery, and more bad things.
